Based on the new DRY INDIGO® technology, we have envolved our Denim Color with a primary pre-dyeing puls a second, more superficial dyeing. This makes it easier to get contrasted effects both with physical treatments and with the daily use of the garments, producing a customized effect on these.

"LESS WATER" DYEING PROCESS**

Offers a very high intensity in Denim Fabrics with the minimum consumption of chemicals, as well as a more efficient washing process. This color system reduces energy uses and losses, increases color transfer and reducesthe water consumption through out the whole process.

We see sustainability as an improvement challenge and we are fully committed to it.

Jose Royo is extremely enthusiastic on what this new discovery will mean:

“The change has such a magnitude , that it will change and redefine the way we understand indigo dyeing until now. There will not be a need for large infrastructures anymore. From now on, Indigo dye is not longer a “water intensive“ industry. "Hard to believe but, in less than 20 meters, the yarn will be dyed, translating into flexibility for our customers, energy costs savings and water savings…”
