We are pioneers to find the solution of Recycled Sportswear fabrics.

The R&D team of Tejidos Royo has discovered a new process that solves "the big problem" of the presence of foreign fibers in the spinning and dyeing process of recycled Sportswear fabrics. The manufacturing process of this type of recycled fabric is done using recycled pre-consumer fibers.

As a result, we obtain the first Upgraded Sportswear fabric; a cotton item in PFD (Prepared For Dye) and Piece Dye version of premium quality and regular finishes, where clean colors are obtained in both light and dark tones.
